I am an enthusiastic Strength & Conditioning coach/Personal Trainer with relevant B.Sc. Sport & Exercise Science degree and Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University, regarded as one of world-leading sport & exercise science institutes.
Being an applied practitioner working with professional athletes and general public on 1-2-1 and group sessions, allowed me to further enhance my understanding of both sides of the physical development spectrum to help people from different fitness levels to achieve their goals, providing individualised science-based training programs aiming to improve sport performance and general quality of life and wellbeing.
I can provide 1-2-1 training/small group (couples/friends) sessions, you more than welcome to bring your team to join my team. Online services are also available with full mentorship and training programs specifically designed to meet your current fitness level and help you achieve your goals.
