Hello, I’m Jay - I’m known for being a friendly and knowledgeable PT and I love helping people optimise their health and wellbeing from the inside out.

In 2024, I was awarded runner-up Gym-Based Personal Trainer of the Year at the National Fitness Awards for my passion and results-driven work supporting both men and women in their unique training and development needs.

If you’re new to the gym and need a helping hand figuring out what to do and how to do it, I can help with that.

If you are experienced in the gym already but need support levelling up your physique or performance, I can help with that too.

My science-backed programmes cover all aspects of your health; factoring in not only your exercise needs but also nutrition, stress, sleep, time commitments, energy levels, hormones, and wellbeing collectively.

It’s the full package to get you looking and feeling your best.

I’ll teach you how to lift weights with good technique, learn the systems that get results, create positive habits that you can stick to… and most importantly I’ll help you enjoy the process so

it doesn’t feel like such a chore!

Lasting change comes from creating small but manageable adjustments to lifestyle and centres around balance. I’m not going to ask you to eat plain chicken and broccoli every day or be in the gym 7-days a week, but I will push you to do your best.
