Find Your Fit is designed to help new members discover what they enjoy and feel more connected to life at Brooklands. Whether you’re here to improve your fitness, try something new, or simply enjoy the club’s social side, this programme is here to guide you.

What will the sessions cover?
Find your Fit has been specially developed with new members in mind to help them smoothly integrate into the Brooklands family. Sessions will cover anything that you want, it could be club orientation, introductions to staff members or to take a tour of some of the key areas of the club. We can go through booking classes, Gym Appointments, PT sessions and we will demonstrate how the Find Your Fit reward scheme works.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and decide on your next step(s) and book a follow up appointment.

Find Your Fit Social Events
The other way to get involved with the Find Your Fit programme is to attend a social event session. These are held on the last Monday of every month at 1pm. In the Presidents Lounge. They are a fantastic social event that are open to all members and guests of members. With a different theme every month we are often joined by guest speakers and specialists, we are here to help you get more out of your membership and educate and support you around your health and fitness.
Themes include Heart Health, Stress, The Power of Posture, The Importance of Balance and much more. The events are available to book at reception or on the Brooklands App.
